Our friends from Ohio, who now live in the south with us, have recently adopted an adorable little boy. I was so excited to have the opportunity to photograph their family on the day their son started living with them. He was not officially their son at the time and pictures of his face were not allowed, so these are older photos, from early spring. We tried to get some of the three of them with parts of him in it, it was a challenge because the little man LOVES TO RUN!
As you can see on Sarah’s face, she was elated to have a child. Their journey has been a long one and it’s been a blessing for me to see God work through their lives and bring them joy through their persevering faith in Him. God is so good and is sovereign over all. They are continually in my prayers as they raise their son in the Lord and hope to build their family further.
Thank for for opening your home to me on that special day, I will never forget the smiles on your faces, it warms my heart still to see these photos. I love you guys!
