This November and December 2018 have been the rainiest and maybe coldest here in Charlotte that I can remember since moving here in 2005. The weather is so moody, I have loved it, well not all of it, the mud can go. The overcast light is so pretty to me. The window light we have in our kitchen gives us the perfect Rembrandt effect, especially on overcast days. This particular day was in December  (the 6th) when we noticed frost in the backyard for the first time one morning. Our way back yard area is so magical at each season. And the cold frost always means hot chocolate, twinkle lights and Christmas crafts, even with a sweet dear friend! And we love the new red pj’s for Luca from other friends.
